Order Processing

Orders typically ship the same day or the next business day from when the order is placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to your tracking details.

All shipping estimates are provided in Business Days and do not include Holidays or Weekends. We do not offer overnight shipping.

Please note that delivery estimates shown at checkout are based on information from shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. We are unable to offer refunds for shipping fees due to delays.

Once orders have been handed over to the shipping carrier, they are no longer within our control. While we're not responsible for delays, lost packages, or other shipping issues once an order is in transit, we're always happy to assist with carrier communication and help facilitate any necessary claims.

At this time, we ship only within the United States and Canada.

Your privacy is important to us therefore all orders are shipped in a bag or box with no indication of the contents inside. The credit card charges print as CNVCOM LLC. Our policy is to ensure that your privacy is taken care of through every step of your shopping experience.

Taxes

The taxes we charge on merchandise are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates. The tax for an order depends on the delivery address or the location of the buyer.

Where required, tax is also applied to the shipping and handling charges.

If you return an item for a refund, that refund includes the taxes you paid for the item. There is no refund for taxes paid for shipping and services that were not refunded.
